This album is going to be a hard sell. It is niche and, unless you have watched the film, you aren't going to resonate with the tracks. Let's put it this way - it lacks that contemporary pull of your Karan Johar and Yash Chopra releases.
Sikkon Ki Bhook thrust one into the fast-paced environment of the news channel, India 24/7. It encapsulates the frenzy and the consequential adrenalin rush. Remote Ko Baahar Phek is a track pretty much in the same vein.
In the nine tracks, you will find strong influences of hip hop and rock. The remix version of Besharam and Gali are the standouts. - Debashine Thangevelo
